Payments : Once you confirm the shipping of your order, you will be asked to log into your PayPal account to complete the payment.

If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can create one on the login page, before you complete the order. Your PayPal account will be charged as soon as you complete your order.

Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid (P.O. boxes are not accepted). Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Contact Center needs to contact you about your order.

 

Delivery :  Within 10 working days from receipt of order and payment carried out by our service whose charges will be invoiced.

 

Damage :  Our items are insured against damage incurred during transport. Each report must be done within 8 days from receipt of the goods by e-mail, to info@thecubeglasscollection.com attached with photo of the damaged object.

Therefore we ask you to save the damaged pieces waiting the submitting control of the courier.

 

Privacy :  We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We do not share any of our customer's personal information with any third parties.
